Iberostar Gran Amazon Boat
The Iberostar provides adventure in a privileged setting in a luxury ship that cruises along the Negro and Solimões rivers. With capacity for 150 passengers (in 70 cabins and 5 suites), the Iberostar Grand Amazon is the biggest tourist ship specifically built to navigate the Amazon River and its tributaries. All suites and cabins are equipped with private bathrooms, hair dryer, television, telephone, air conditioning unit, moisture control system, safe and music.

Sample Itinerary (Solimões River) – Four days / Three nights
Day 1 – Thursday – Check in: 03:00pm to 04:30pm // 05:30pm embark, accommodation and reservation of tables in the restaurant. 06:00pm - Depart for Manacapuru, passing by Ponta Negra. Sunset on the upper deck with classical music. Captain’s welcome cocktail with presentation of the officers and crew in the Lua Salon, lecture on safety procedures. Welcome dinner in the Kuarup Restaurant. Live music. Navigation.
Day 2 - Friday – Enter the Manacapuru river at sunrise. Breakfast. Trekking and photo safari in the Manacapuru region or boat excursion through Igarapes and Igapos. Return to ship. Continue the trip to Lake Jacaré. Lunch. Theme Lecture. Arrival at Lake Jacaré. Piranha fishing tour or Bird watching at Lake Rei. Sunset. Dinner. Alligator spotting. Music in the Lua room and open bar on the sundeck. Navigation to Lake Janauacá.
Day 3 – Saturday – Arrive at Janauacá – Breakfast. Bird watching. Photo Safari or trekking tour (2 trails). Return to the ship. Igarapé do Rei. Theme Lecture. Bird watching and alligator spotting or boat excursion though the Igarapes. Sunset. Special farewell dinner. Music and open bar on the Sundeck. Navigation
Day 4 – Sunday – Sunrise at the Meeting of the Waters. Breakfast. Check out (07:30 to 08:30am). Disembark at port ofManaus – 08:30am.

Day 4 – Wednesday – Arrival at Cuieiras River. Sunrise. Breakfast. Trekking or photo safari at Cuieiras River and visit a local community. Navigation to Praia Grande (Anavilhanas Archipelago).
